Casting against
the brief.
We recommend against the brief rather than from a published list. Availability changes week to week, and the right artist for a product launch is seldom the right artist for an awards night. Share the requirement and we will return suitable names, with costs.
What we need to quote
Date, city and format
When, where, and whether it is an appearance, a shoot, hosting or a campaign.
What is being captured
Whether anything is filmed or photographed, where it will run and for how long. Usage is the part most briefs leave out and the part that moves the fee most.
How long you need them
An hour on a stage and a full shoot day are different bookings at different prices.
Where it runs
Pakistan, international, or both. Territory changes the terms as much as the dates do.
We represent the talent and manage their part in your event. We do not produce the event itself, and we work alongside your production team.
04 / HOW A BOOKING WORKS
From enquiry
to delivery.
Four stages, with the greatest care taken at the first. In our experience most difficulties in a booking can be traced back to an incomplete brief.
Names and costs
We come back with who is available and what each would cost, including usage. If nothing fits the budget, we say so rather than wasting a fortnight.
Terms agreed
Fee, schedule, what the artist is briefed to do, what may be filmed and where it may run — written down and signed before anyone travels.
The day itself
Call times, travel and a named contact who is answerable for the artist arriving and delivering what was agreed.
Every booking is confirmed in writing before it happens: the fee, the dates, what the artist is doing, what may be recorded, where it may be used and for how long. An enquiry does not commit either side to anything.
