For brands and organisers

Book a celebrity for a wedding or event

We arrange celebrities, singers and dancers for weddings, family events and corporate occasions, and manage the artist's side of the day. We do not produce the event itself — that stays with you and your organiser, and we work alongside them.

What we do, stated plainly

We represent the artist and manage their part in your event: who appears, on what terms, what they are briefed to do, and that they arrive and deliver as agreed. Weddings and family events, hosting, launches and award nights all sit here, and weddings are much of what we are asked for. What we do not do is run the event — production, venue, staging, creative and the rest are somebody else's job, and we would rather say so at the start than be discovered mid-brief.

What to send

The date and the city. The format: an appearance, hosting, a performance, or a mix. How long you need the artist on site, including any rehearsal or press time. Whether anything is being filmed or photographed and where it will run afterwards — an appearance that is also content is two bookings in one, and should be priced as such. And the budget range.

The things organisers forget

Three, repeatedly. First, call times and travel: an artist flying in the morning of an evening event is a risk you are buying, and a day earlier usually costs less than the alternative. Second, what gets recorded: event footage used afterwards in advertising is usage and has to be agreed before, not after. Third, the rider — what the artist needs on site to do the job properly.

On the day

A named contact who is answerable for the artist: that they arrive when agreed, that they have been briefed on what they are being asked to say and do, and that what was agreed is what happens. That person works with your production team rather than around them.

If you want the same artist in a campaign

Say so early. An appearance and a campaign negotiated together are usually better value than the same two booked separately a month apart, and the artist can plan around one agreement instead of two. Booking for a brand campaign covers that side.
