For brands
Book a celebrity for a brand campaign
Booking a public figure for a campaign is not a phone call. It is availability, terms, usage rights, a brief the artist understands and somebody answerable for the delivery. This page sets out what we need from you and what happens after.
Start with the brief, not the name
Most briefs arrive the other way round: a name first, then the detail. It is a slower route, because the right name depends on facts that are not in the name. Send the shoot dates, the format, how long you need the artist, what is being filmed or photographed, where that material will run and for how long, and the budget range you are working to. With those we answer quickly. Without them any figure is a guess, and a guess that turns out low wastes a fortnight on both sides.
Why we do not publish a roster
Availability changes weekly, and the right name for a skincare campaign is rarely the right name for a telecom one. A published list invites you to pick from what is visible rather than what fits, and it goes stale the day it is written. We answer against the brief instead: who is available on your dates, who suits the category, and what each would cost including usage. See what we need to quote for the short version.
Usage is the part that moves the fee
A day's shoot is priced differently from a day's shoot you then run as an advertisement for a year. Usage covers where the material appears, in what media, in which territories and for how long. It is the single thing most briefs leave out and the single thing most likely to change a quote after the fact. If you are not sure what you need, say what you hope to do with the material and we will tell you what that implies. What a celebrity endorsement costs goes through it properly.
What is agreed before anyone travels
The fee, the schedule, what the artist is briefed to do, what may be recorded, where it may be used and for how long — written down and signed. An enquiry commits neither side to anything; the agreement is the point at which it does. On the day there is a named contact answerable for the artist arriving, being briefed and delivering what was agreed.
What stays with you
Production, creative and media buying. We represent the talent and manage their side of your campaign, working alongside your agency and production team rather than replacing them. If you also need the artist at an event, that is a separate booking on its own terms — see booking a celebrity for an event.
