What do you need before you can quote?

The dates, the format, how long you need the artist, what is being filmed or photographed, where that material will run and for how long, the territory, and your budget range. With those we can answer quickly. Without them any number is a guess, and a budget range in particular is not a weakness in a brief — it is what lets us say straight away whether the names you are picturing are reachable, and suggest ones that are if they are not.
