Representing a performer or public figure rather than simply booking them: deciding which offers reach them, pricing the work, negotiating terms and usage, handling press, and shaping how one piece of work leads to the next. Distinct from a booking agent, who sources and closes individual engagements without necessarily managing the career around them.
