What "no experience" means here

It means exactly that. Enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to learn matter more to us than a polished profile. Most of the women who write to us have never been photographed professionally, and a good number have never posted a video. That is the starting point we expect, not an obstacle to get past.

What you need to apply

Three things. You are a woman aged 18 or over. You can tell us, in your own words, who you are and what you would love to create. And you are prepared to commit to a creative routine once there is a plan. Photographs are optional on the application form; a clear portrait and a full-length shot from your phone help, but nobody is turned away for not having them.

What happens first

A conversation. We read your application, and if there is a fit we talk about your direction: the topics you enjoy, the audience you want to reach and the kind of creator or model you want to become. Only after that do we put together an offer, and you review it, with the full terms, before you decide anything. Applying commits you to nothing.

How the support works once you start

In steps, and at your pace. Finding a content direction comes first. Then camera confidence, built through planning, practice and supported shoots rather than thrown at you on day one. Then a production team: a cameraman and an editor for reels, lifestyle videos and your personal content. From there a portfolio, and when the body of work is there, brand briefs and campaign work. Honest expectations

Nothing on this page promises an income or a timescale, and you should treat anyone who does with suspicion. Compensation is part of the written offer you review before accepting, and it depends on the placement, the support involved and the work you do.
