What happens after I apply?

Your application is read by the agency team and you receive a reference number straight away. If there is a fit, the next step is a conversation about your direction: your personality, your content ideas and how ready you are to commit to a creative routine. After that we put together an offer and you review the arrangement, the support, the responsibilities and the compensation before accepting anything. Applying does not commit you to a contract, and the photos you send are kept with your application for review and never displayed publicly.
